Born and raised in a small village on the North West coast of England – who would have thought that in her 50s, Lynnie would be the mother of five children, the grandmother of three and living in California!

She has an amazing husband who has managed to stay married to her for 28 years.  He’s got a great sense of humour and lets her scrap all she wants without complaint – what more could she ask for.  He’s a genealogy expert and provides her with lots of material for her scrapping adventures.

She has five children – Chris, David, James, Karen and Steven.  David has three lovely children, who have been so patient to pose for hundreds of photos for her AND David has a wonderful wife, who is a scrapper here at DSP.

Her mother is 80, still working and lives with her.  She has been Lynnie’s lifelong mentor and inspiration and a living example of everything that is perfect in a mother.  She also has a brother living close by who is the best friend she could ever have.  Check out her music layouts for pictures of him!

By day Lynnie works for a Mutual Fund Software Company as their Director of Sales Support and Training, which means she travels a lot for work, doing demos of the software for potential clients, or doing training for her existing clients. 

By night she is scrapping, being with her family, or at Disneyland watching the most amazing Cinderella the world has ever known.  She also travels quite often to visit family in England – which gives her lots of opportunities to take photos for scrapping.  These days she gets to visit my DSP friends in England also.

She found DSP quite by accident and somehow ended up at the Anaheim crop in January 2007 with NO CLUE what she was getting into.  She was give a wonderful welcome by the grannies in the granny thread and spent a day at Disneyland with some of the designers (and Tara and Kristen).  Kristen talked her into NKOTB, the rest is history.

Outside of scrapping she loves to read, loves music (all kinds), is interested in genealogy, love to travel, likes crafts, loves to create DVDs of pictures to music.  If you want to know any more about her, look at her gallery – her life is a story, told in layouts.

Her favourite junk food is chocolate. 
Her favourite foods are English Pub Food and Mexican.
Her favourite place to go on holiday is England.

Her favourite colour varies, but probably purple or teal.  Winter colours, that’s for sure!
Her mother is her inspiration and always will be.  She is the most amazing woman who ever lived, unfailingly giving, generous, kind of heart, positive, happy, marvelous, wonderful.  There are not enough words to say how simply amazing she is.
