Thank you so much for that tip!!! It has saved me several hours worth of time creating my new and improved Excel spreadsheet.

I have used this ever since I downloaded it. When ever I get a freebie or kit from the store the first thing I do is stick it in the spread sheet and create the list alphabetically by kit name. Fantastic and thank you very much. Crediting the kits is so simple now. You are a supa star to this excel dummy LOL.

This is totally awesome, thanks so much for sharing it!!!!!! I've been using Excel, but forgot that it could create a formula for text items as well as numbers. D'oh!

I also keep pastable "pretty links" but instead of keeping them in a spreadsheet, I use Notepad and keep them in a text file on my desktop. I keep the file organized by Designer, then each of their kits is listed alphabetically in the file. The only information that changes with each entry is the DSP ID number and the name I enter for my "pretty link". Each time I upload a new layout, I check my DSP Kits file and make sure I have all the links necessary. If not, I do a quick text search in the store to locate the ID number and add the line to my text file. The next time I use the kit, I already have the text string ready to copy and paste to my layout description field.

Thanks, Kathleen! I already had my kits, etc., in an Excel file so it was very easy to copy over to your template. Much easier for me than doing each one by hand, which is why I'm so bad about including links beyond key words. ;-}

now the painful journey of getting everything I already have in there..
wish I smart enough to do one for all my kits from different sites, but the whole formula thing completely goes over my head

oh and btw, if you buy a kit that is Item of the Week, the dsp number in the order will be wrong after that week is over so you have to look it up again.
