I don't get any sound either. I also am not getting notifications of forum replies or chat reinders nor have I received the newsletter. I mentioned this to Kim in her Tues.am chat and she said she would report it.

i'm really bummed out!!! when i click on the link for the video there is NO sound, so i can't hear what is happening! so i still have no clue on how to do this grrrr!!

you might try it in a different browser (internet explorer usually works better for me than firefox for video). we'll try to get it up in the usual tutorial format as well soon!

I've tried both Firefox and IE and neither has sound although my control pannel indicates the volume is up to high

right, the video's not working for some people. that's why we did the tutorial. hopefully it's helpful!
